Troy Buhr - Owner

Hello, my name is Troy Buhr. I am a native of St.Charles Minnesota but spent a number of years in the Dallas Fort Worth area managing both new and used car stores. My wife, Lauri, and I moved our family to Rochester Minnesota in 2000 to start Southpoint Motors.

Lauri Buhr - Owner

Lauri has been in the car business since 2001. She runs all the day to day opperation also does the title and licensing.

Brian Jones - Finance Manager

After 20 years in corporate America and the golf industry, Brian has been a Southpoint team member for 6 years in total and has served in sales, marketing, vehicle allocation and is currently the Finance Manager.

Brady Strickland - Systems Manager / Sales

Brady worked part-time for Southpoint Motors starting in 2014 while attending high school and college, and he returned to Southpoint Motors full-time in his current role in 2023. He helps with sales, as well as handling the website and dealership systems, and also helps with financial postings and many other tasks around the dealership.

Erick has worked for Southpoint Motors for several years in our detail department, and he has been working in sales since 2024. He speaks Spanish and is happy to help all our customers!

Jill Harstad - Accountant
