I was really nervous about buying a car on my own. I’d only had one loan before and wasn’t sure I’d qualify without a co-signer. On top of that, I’m newly deaf, so the communication barriers and overwhelming paperwork made the whole process feel daunting and anxiety-inducing. Troy at Southpoint Motors went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. He not only got me approved for the loan solo, but he also took the extra time to patiently explain every detail in a way that worked perfectly with my hearing loss. no rushing, just genuine care and clear communication. Thanks to him, I was in and out with my beautiful new Jeep in under an hour! The entire experience was efficient, respectful, and actually enjoyable. Troy truly calmed my nerves and made car shopping feel approachable for someone in my situation. I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle as I did when I made the switch to southpoint motors. I have since purchased 3 vehicles here and the support even after the sale will keep me coming back for life. Troy and Lauri are the easiest folks I've ever worked with. They went above and beyond for my deaf girlfriend and got her into a vehicle she truly deserved even when she had been told no one would finance her due to being on disability. Troy made it happen!!! Thank you for all you do for your customers and community. It does not go unnoticed

Buying a car can be really stressful, but this dealership made the experience so positive. They were kind, understanding, and truly wanted to help me succeed. Troy worked with my situation, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before leaving. I ended up with a car I absolutely love, and I’m so thankful for the way I was treated. My boyfriend also purchased a vehicle here and we both had a great experience here! Highly recommend! I was needing a winter car, when I came across, a Jeep Sahara Unlimited for a great price online. I put a inquiry in and was called on a day when their closed. I really appreciated that because I really wanted the Jeep. Went in the next day and the whole process was so smooth. Family owned business which I love. Got to meet Troy's wife and son. I even got a two year warranty with the vehicle and some delicious cheesecake for me and my wife. Thanks to South Point Motors for their genuine love they showed and it was authentic. I recommend them if your looking for a reliable car, truck, or SUV.

My experience buying a car at Southpoint Motors was all around excellent! My car was totaled in an accident. I saw a car on their lot that I wanted to test drive however, I live about an hour away from Rochester. Troy and Lauri offered to drive the car to me so I could test drive it back. Car was exactly how it was pictured/described. Paperwork was a breeze. Best car buying experience, hands down. Thank you Troy and Lauri!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2011 Colorado from Southpoint in Rochester. It was so seamless and easy. Amazing people to work with and he loves the new truck! We will definitely be purchasing from again and the cookies we received today was such a nice surprise!!

Troy and his team at Southpoint are absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in to the time I drove off, the entire experience was top-notch – professional, pressure-free, and genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was Troy himself. He took the time to sit down, listen, and really get to know me. We ended up having a great conversation and discovered we have a ton in common. His honesty, integrity, and caring approach made the whole process feel more like dealing with a trusted friend than a typical car-buying transaction. You don’t stay in the used car business as long as Troy has (and build the reputation he has) without doing things the right way – and Southpoint is clearly doing it right. Highly recommend Troy and the team to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle and an exceptional buying experience!
