I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about South Point Motors. Everyone was wonderful. They worked with me, and my situation. They made the process smooth. Everyone is so kind and welcoming! They make buying a new car easy peasy!!!! I will forever recommend South Point Motors to anyone I know, and I will continue to come back to them whenever I need a new car in the future. I was really nervous about buying a car on my own. I’d only had one loan before and wasn’t sure I’d qualify without a co-signer. On top of that, I’m newly deaf, so the communication barriers and overwhelming paperwork made the whole process feel daunting and anxiety-inducing. Troy at Southpoint Motors went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. He not only got me approved for the loan solo, but he also took the extra time to patiently explain every detail in a way that worked perfectly with my hearing loss. no rushing, just genuine care and clear communication. Thanks to him, I was in and out with my beautiful new Jeep in under an hour! The entire experience was efficient, respectful, and actually enjoyable. Troy truly calmed my nerves and made car shopping feel approachable for someone in my situation. I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle as I did when I made the switch to southpoint motors. I have since purchased 3 vehicles here and the support even after the sale will keep me coming back for life. Troy and Lauri are the easiest folks I've ever worked with. They went above and beyond for my deaf girlfriend and got her into a vehicle she truly deserved even when she had been told no one would finance her due to being on disability. Troy made it happen!!! I was needing a winter car, when I came across, a Jeep Sahara Unlimited for a great price online. I put a inquiry in and was called on a day when their closed. I really appreciated that because I really wanted the Jeep. Went in the next day and the whole process was so smooth. Family owned business which I love. Got to meet Troy's wife and son. I even got a two year warranty with the vehicle and some delicious cheesecake for me and my wife. Thanks to South Point Motors for their genuine love they showed and it was authentic. I recommend them if your looking for a reliable car, truck, or SUV.
